An overview of the
This series of load switches is applied to xgn15-12 SF6 ring cabinet, which is characterized by high economy, safety and reliability, simple structure, flexible operation, reliable interlock and convenient installation.
Comply with standards IEC60265, IEC62271, GB3804, GB16926, etc.
Model and meaning
Structural characteristics of
The main circuit and ground circuit of the fln48-12 load switch are sealed in an insulating bright body made of epoxy resin casting by APG process.
Insulation shell composed of two insulation cover split, filled with SF6 gas relative pressure of 0.4 bar, the local relatively thin wall thick explosion-proof membrane insulation cover to take measures, to ensure that the one thousand accident cases, the overvoltage of SF6 gas pressure drop after the break through safety explosion-proof membrane, gas directly to the cabinet put oneself in another's position at the back of the lock, ensure the personal safety.
The fln48-12 load switch adopts the structure of arc - extinguishing grate.
Fln48-12 load switches are divided into fln48-12 (type K single spring operating mechanism) and flrn48-12 (type A single spring operating mechanism). Flrn48-12 can be combined into load switch + fuse combinator and has control and protection functions.
Using the environment
Ambient temperature: the highest temperature + 40 ℃, the lowest temperature 35 ℃
The maximum relative humidity found in the sport: the daily average is less than 95%, and the monthly average is less than 90%
Sport altitude: less than 2000 m
Unity seismic capability :8 degrees
The surrounding air shall not be visibly contaminated by corrosive, flammable gases, water vapor, etc., and shall not be constantly and violently shaken.
The solutia annual leak rate: less than 0.1%
The special conditions: when the load switch is used above 2000 meters above sea level, it needs to be specified so that the design scheme can be adjusted during manufacture.
(currently, the load switch bar manufactured by our company has a precedent of safe operation at an altitude of up to 5000 meters)
