The HBWKG or HBGKWN controllers are configured and the power factor and system voltage are controlled within the set range by automatically tracking the switching capacitance and controlling the main variable on-load voltage regulation.

The rover can automatically identify various operating modes of dual main transformer substations.

Through the remote automatic selector switch, various operating modes of voltage regulation and compensation can be flexibly selected.

The voltage regulator switch latches are identified and displayed automatically by BCD codes or one-to-one correspondence.

It has two main variable pressure regulating baffle synchronous adjustment, anti-skid gear, light gas alarm lock and other control protection.

Voltage, electrical spatter, power factor, reactive power confusion, capacitor switching state and alarm protection information at the main variable voltage and low voltage side can be displayed in real time.

The property of harmonic measurement and display can be used to measure and display high harmonic content of current at low voltage side in real time.

Periodic has alarm protection functions such as high voltage, low voltage, PT broken line, mechanism failure and main variable overcurrent.

The system is equipped with RS ~ 485 or RS ~ 232 high-speed data communication interface, which is combined with the integrated automation system of the substation to realize four-remote function.

The total compensation capacity can be flexibly divided into 6 groups with up to unequal capacity. The maximum capacity of each group is 2000Kvar/5000Kvar, which is automatically combined with reactive power.

The microcomputer protection device of the capacitor bank is equipped to realize the two-stage over-current and zero-sequence voltage protection.

When a fault occurs in one group, it can be automatically removed and locked, without affecting the normal switching of other capacitor groups.

The voltages are configured with different ratios of reactors to restrict closing current and to suppress high harmonics.
