I. environment requirements of the power distribution room:

1. The power distribution room shall be close to the power source and shall be located in a place with less dust, less moisture, less vibration, no corrosive medium, no inflammable and explosive materials and unimpeded roads.

2. The power distribution room and control room should be naturally ventilated and measures should be taken to prevent rainwater invasion and animals from entering.

3. The power distribution room shall be kept clean and tidy and shall not pile up any sundries that hinder operation and maintenance.

4. The fire resistance of buildings and structures in the power distribution room shall not be lower than grade, and the indoor sand box and fire extinguisher can be used to extinguish electric fires.

5. The lighting of the power distribution room is provided with normal and accident lighting respectively.

2. The distribution room shall meet the following requirements:

1. The operating channel width of the front side of the distribution cabinet shall be no less than 1.5m for single-column layout or two-column back-to-back layout, and 2m for double-column face-to-face arrangement;

2, power distribution cabinet behind the maintenance of the channel width, single plan face to face or double row layout is not less than 0.8 m, double row back to back arrangement is not less than 1.5 m, individual locations where the structure protruding, this point can reduce the channel width 0.2 m;

3. The maintenance channel width of the side of the distribution cabinet shall not be less than 1m;

4. The distance between the ceiling of the power distribution room and the ground is not less than 3m;

5. When duty or overhaul room is set up in the distribution room, the horizontal distance between the edge of the room and the distribution cabinet is more than 1m, and barrier isolation is adopted;

6. When the vertical distance between the bare bus line in the distribution room and the ground is less than 2.5m, it shall be separated by a cover bar, and the height of the channel under the cover shall be no less than 1.9m;

7. The net distance between the upper end of the fence of the distribution room and the electrified part directly above it shall not be less than 0.075m;

8. The upper end distance of the power distribution room device is not less than 0.5m from the ceiling;

9. The bus in the distribution room shall be painted with colored paint to mark the phase sequence;

Iii. Basic requirements of distribution cabinet in distribution room:

1. The door of the distribution cabinet opens outwards and is equipped with a lock.

2. The distribution cabinet shall be equipped with a meter and a current and voltage meter.

The meter and the meter shall not share one set of current.

3. Power isolating switch and protection device for short circuit, overload and leakage shall be installed in the distribution cabinet.

When the power isolating switch is broken, the segmented point should be clearly visible.

4. The distribution cabinet shall be numbered and marked for use.

5. When the power failure of the power distribution cabinet or power distribution line is maintained, the power line shall be connected, and the power failure sign "no closing or working" shall be hoisted.

The power supply must be stopped by a special person.

6. The two ends of the power distribution cabinet and control cabinet shall be electrically connected with the repeated ground line and the protection zero line.

Safety requirements for power distribution rooms

(1) the on-site temporary power distribution room shall be close to the transformer side and shall be well ventilated. Measures shall be taken to prevent rain and snow, fire and small animals from coming in and out.

An obvious safety mark shall be set up and the fire resistance level shall not be lower than 3.

And equipped with the fire extinguishing equipment to meet the requirements.

(2) the power distribution screen and control screen arranged shall be equipped with short circuit, overload and leakage protection devices.

Each distribution line shall be numbered and marked for use. Both ends of the distribution board shall be electrically connected to the repeated ground line and the protection zero line.

When repairing power distribution panel or power distribution line, the sign of "no closing, no closing" should be hung.

When stopping or sending electricity, it must be supervised and executed by a special person.

General requirements for temporary power distribution facilities

1. The power distribution room shall be close to the power source and shall be located in a place free from dust, steam, corrosive medium and vibration.

2. The two ends of the power distribution panel (panel) and control panel (platform) shall be electrically connected with the repeated ground line and the protection zero line.

3. The power distribution room and control room should be naturally ventilated, and measures should be taken to prevent rain, snow and animals from coming in and out.

4. Requirements for the on-duty personnel in the power distribution room:

A) be familiar with the system, operation mode and electrical equipment performance of the power distribution room.

B) work with the certificate and master the operation technology.

C) can conscientiously implement all kinds of rules and regulations formulated by the unit.

D) the person in charge of duty of the distribution room or the person on duty alone shall be the person with practical experience.

E) when the on-duty personnel of the distribution room are on duty alone, they shall not undertake maintenance work.

F) the distribution room must be equipped with adequate safety tools and protective facilities such as insulation gloves, insulation rods, insulation MATS and insulation platforms.

5. The distribution room shall meet the following requirements:

A) the fire resistance rating of the buildings and structures of the power distribution room shall not be lower than grade 3, and the room shall be equipped with sand boxes and no less than four insulated fire extinguishers for convenient use.

B) the distribution room must maintain the prescribed operating and maintenance channel width.

C) the distribution room shall be clean and tidy, and sundries shall be strictly prohibited.

D) when duty room or overhaul room is set up in the distribution room, the horizontal distance between the room and the distribution screen (panel) shall be greater than 1M, and barrier isolation shall be adopted;

The ceiling of the distribution room is no less than 3M from the ground.

The door of the distribution room opens outwards with a lock.

6. The distribution cabinet shall be equipped with power isolating switch and short circuit, overload and leakage protection appliances.

When the power isolating switch is broken, the breakpoint should be clearly visible.

7. The distribution cabinet shall be numbered and marked for use.

When the power failure of the distribution cabinet or power distribution line is maintained, the ground wire should be hung, and the "no closing and working" power failure sign should be hung.

The power supply must be stopped by a special person.

1) the equipment operation personnel must hold the special work type operation license issued by the state labor department and be familiar with the performance, operation and maintenance management of the equipment in the power supply and distribution system.

2) the equipment operation personnel shall be responsible for the safe operation, monitoring, maintenance and fire control of the power distribution room, and shall operate in strict accordance with relevant safety regulations.

3) on the electric equipment of substation operation should be performed in strict accordance with the operation procedures, strictly follow the system working ticket system, work permits, work monitoring system, continuous, transfer and put an end to the system.

4) in power transformer room all electric equipment and power back to the way of work, must complete a power outage, check electrical, furnish grounding line, hanging signs and safety technical measures, such as installing covered column should be guardian present guardianship in execution.

5) operation on any electrical equipment shall be prohibited except with special permission.

6) the capacity of the electric equipment fuse for the power distribution room should be in line with the capacity of the equipment and the line, and the capacity of the fuse should not be increased without permission.

7) the metal shell and fire door of the electrical equipment must be grounded reliably or connected to zero, and the grounding wires shall not be removed.

8) all protective barriers of power supply and distribution equipment shall be clearly marked on the passageway.

9) special safety protection supplies for power distribution rooms shall not be used for other purposes and their safety performance shall be regularly tested.

10) the power distribution room must be equipped with special dry fire extinguishing equipment and keep long-term effectiveness.

11) the fire control facilities of power distribution rooms shall be positioned, managed at designated points and inspected regularly, and shall not be carried out randomly or placed in a disorderly manner, so as to keep orderly and hygienic
